Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven expands her partnership with Mr. Dirk Berckmans and Mr. Frederik Van Overtveldt.

Their accession strengthens the company law team  and ensures the clientele a specialized service in all aspects of doing business.

Mr. Dirk Berckmans and Mr. Frederik Van Overtveldt have an extensive experience in company law, especially in contract and economic law, as well as in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Berckmans with 36 years of experience and Mr. Van Overtveldt with 10 years of experience in the legal profession reinforce the office’s capacity to manage large complex M&A deals and to assist with all kinds of corporate services.

The reinforced team assists (inter)national companies, SME-entrepreneurs, as well as government institutions and insurances companies. Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven offers her services across the entire Belgian territory in  Dutch, French and English, with three offices in Antwerp, Brussels and Liège.

This growth is immediately materialized through an expansion of the Antwerp offices with 500 m² of additional meeting facilities and space for a modern, efficient back office including office management, marketing & accounting.
