Project development

The project developer will look at the land position and its development potential. This involves both the legal side of the acquisition of the land (purchase, contribution, right of superficies or leasehold, option, etc.), as well as the environmental possibilities or restrictions.

The financial feasibility of the project is fundamental and the use of own funds, private equity, mezzanine financing and traditional bank financing is important.
