Stéphanie Schepens

Stéphanie Schepens obtained her Master’s of Laws with honours from the University of Antwerp in June 2011. She received general training in civil law, corporate law and International and European law during her Master’s.

She then went on to study at the University of Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne, obtaining her LL.M in French and European law, with honours.

Stéphanie Schepens was admitted to the Antwerp bar in October 2012.

During her internship, she was elected as an intern representative of the Antwerp Bar Association (she held the position from 2014 to 2016).

In October 2015, Stéphanie Schepens joined Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven Advocaten, after completing her internship at a reputable Antwerp law firm where she received extensive training in private building law.

Given her special interest in property law, Stéphanie Schepens obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Property Science from the KU Leuven in 2016.

In addition to private building law, Stéphanie Schepens also specialises in insurance law, contract law, contractual and extra-contractual liability law and co-ownership of property. She assists clients in these matters, including advice and contracts and for dispute settlement.
