In 2013, he joined Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven and since then handles cases in the areas private and public construction law, he is also specialized in dealing with urban zoning cases (cf. planning permissions, administrative appeals, enforcement, procedures for the Council of Permit Disputes, Council of State).  He also has an extensive knowledge of providing advice, drafting contracts and conducting proceedings in the relevant matters. In June 2017, Mr. Grauwels became the fifth partner of our firm.
