Lead lawyer
Els Zegers
Mr. Els Zegers joined the Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven office in 2016. She was appointed lead lawyer in 2024.
Mr. Zegers focuses mainly on matters concerning public law, and more specifically public procurement, and individual and collective labour law.
She obtained her master's degree in Law with distinction from the University of Antwerp in 2014, having previously successfully completed both a bachelor's degree in Law and a bachelor's degree in Journalism.
During her master's years at the University of Antwerp, she opted for a major in public law and a minor in international and European law.
In 2015, she embarked on her internship years as a lawyer at the Antwerp Bar, where she specialised in individual and collective employment law, among others.
