Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven Lawyers is delighted to announce the acquisition of the renowned law firm Anturlex in Turnhout. This acquisition follows the recent opening of our second office in Turnhout and significantly strengthens our firm's position in the Kempen region.
From 1 September 2025, Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven Lawyers and Anturlex, led by partners Rudi Van Gompel and Tom Robeyns, will join forces. With the integration of 9 lawyers and 6 employees from Anturlex, Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven Lawyers welcomes both additional legal expertise backed by a strong team and years of experience in the region.
In addition, Tom Robeyns and Rudi Van Gompel are also active as curators at the Commercial Court of Antwerp, Turnhout division. This brings the number of curators within Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven Lawyers to 6, all of whom are experienced and knowledgeable in the restructuring of companies.
Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven Lawyers employs more than 30 lawyers focused on corporate law in the widest sense, and more than 25 lawyers active in real estate, environmental and construction law, who are highly specialized and hands-on in these sectors.
