Louis Rastelli
Mr. Louis Rastelli joined Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven in January 2025, where he specialises in companies, M&A, insolvency and restructuring, real estate and construction.
Mr. Rastelli graduated with a Master of Laws degree from the Catholic University of Leuven in June 2020. During his master's years, he opted to major in private law and minor in economic law, developing a special interest in corporate law, business and insolvency law, and construction and property law. After obtaining his Master's degree, Mr. Rastelli obtained an LLM in International Financial Law from King's College London.
Louis Rastelli has been registered at the Antwerp Bar since September 2021 and has since gained extensive experience in corporate law. He assists both companies and private individuals in negotiations, transactions and dispute resolution before courts and tribunals.
