Olivier Nys
Mr. Olivier Nys joined the firm in September 2022 and has been a lawyer at the Antwerp Bar since then.
Mr. Nys graduated with distinction from the University of Antwerp in June 2022 as a Master of Laws. He also obtained a Bachelor of Expedition-Distribution and Transport from the Karel de Grote Hogeschool and has 15 years of experience in other sectors.
During his studies, he immersed himself in commercial law, company law and financial law and followed a module of the English-language Master of Laws programme. ‘Dispute Settlement and International Commercial Transactions’ gave him a good understanding of the international aspects involved in commercial agreements.
Due to his previous experiences, it goes without saying that Olivier Nys has a great affinity with corporate law and transport and shipping law.
At the firm, he strengthens various practice areas within corporate law under the guidance of Mr. Ignace Kroos.
