Owen Philips
Mr. Owen Philips obtained a Master's degree in Law from the University of Antwerp in January 2025.
During his master's programme, he distinguished himself in public law, with a special interest in climate and environmental law, law regarding decentralised administrations, administrative law and constitutional law.
Owen Philips is mainly active in environmental law, where he works under the supervision of Mr. Yannick Grauwels.
