Rudi Van Gompel
Rudi Van Gompel has been practising as a lawyer at the Bar since 1992. He started his traineeship under Jacques de Cannière in Herentals.
In 2012, he founded Anturlex Advocaten together with Tom Robeyns. On 1 September 2025, Anturlex Advocaten merged with Advocatenkantoor Caluwaerts & Uytterhoeven.
Mr Van Gompel has been registered as an insolvency practitioner at the Turnhout division of the Antwerp Commercial Court since 1997.
He also takes appointments as a company administrator and liquidator. Various Justices of the Peace have also appointed him as a trustee in relation to property and/or individuals.
Mr Van Gompel mainly focuses on insolvency law and construction law.
In terms of dispute settlement, Mr Van Gompel can count on many years of experience in attempting to avoid long-drawn-out procedures through negotiation and mediation.
He has a strong focus on conflict resolution and is highly determined and motivated when it comes to defending his clients’ interests.
